Returns
All artworks are created in exclusive, limited editions, crafted with intention and care. For this reason, I'm unable to accept returns for change of mind or unwanted items.

However, if your order arrives damaged, I offer the following resolutions based on the type of item and nature of the issue:

Limited Edition Prints:
You may request a replacement or refund if the item is damaged during transit. Please provide clear proof of damage within 24 hours of delivery. -
Single-Edition or Non-Print Artworks:
Depending on the extent and nature of the damage, these may be returned (at the collector’s expense) or refunded. Please contact me with photographic evidence and details, and I will assess the best way forward on a case-by-case basis.
Please retain all original packaging and documentation until we’ve resolved the issue.

Lost Shipments
In the rare case of a lost item, I will initiate a refund or replacement after a waiting period of 10 days from the expected delivery date. This allows time for the postal service to complete their investigation.

Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before production begins. Once the printing or creation process starts, cancellations will no longer be possible due to the exclusivity and preparation required for each piece.
